First up, Funk Club is proud to announce dynamic front-woman Cle Wootton, as the new lead singer of the famous house band. Not to be missed - Cle’s debut performance will be Friday November 6th at Funk Club, upstairs at The Leederville Hotel, and performing every Friday after that! Brimming with talent from an early age, Cle stormed the entertainment industry at 12 years old with a lead role on television drama series "Ship to shore". A skilled entertainer, Cle has taught dance and been a successful contender on Australian Idol - coming an impressive 10th out of thousands of applicants.
With a deep love of music, stage and film, Cle is an experienced performer guaranteed to set fire to the Funk Club stage and open a new era for this iconic Perth night. The outstanding Odette Mercy and her Soul Atomics will join the house band on November 6th.
