Afrobeat, born out of the funk of James Brown and brought to the world by the legendary Fela Kuti, represents so much! The Askari Afrobeat Orchestra is a 13 piece band put together to pay tribute to this great music and wow what a bandd they are!!

Prepare to get you mind blown and your feet excited on the dance floor as the legendary Askari Afrobeat Orchestra desends upon Funk Club in a special farewll concert for Matt Sivyer (chairman of Funk Club) who goes travelling for the next 6-12months.
