Funk club is a non-profit association dedicated to developing funk and related genres of music in the name of good times! With its legendary club night, 'Soul Sugar' first Friday of the month at Devilles Pad featuring local, national and international acts. Funk, soul, jazz, hiphop and world music with a beat is what you can expect, it's the best night out in town for a boogie, a drink or just to check out a great live band and DJ between 8pm and 2am. Entry ranges from $5 - $15.

In addition to the Friday nights, Funk Club also hosts many special events over a calendar year. Funk Club Festival, COUNTDOWN to New Years Eve and its renowned birthday celebrations in addition to the many international and national acts it tours year after year.  Some of the acts Funk Club has toured include: Cat Empire, Z-Trip feat Soup, Norman Jay, Alice Russell, Mr Scruff, Ladi 6 and heaps more.
